This website

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA. That includes keyboard-navigable menus and forms, descriptive alternative text on images, labeled form fields, visible focus outlines, and color combinations chosen for readable contrast. We review pages as we add them and fix issues as they are found.

Appointments

• Mobile appointments at homes, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and assisted-living facilities.
• Bedside signings, with reasonable extra time built into the appointment.
• Remote Online Notarization when travel is difficult.
• Documents can be read aloud, and signature-by-mark or witness arrangements can be accommodated where Texas law permits.
• Interpreters may attend; the notary must be able to communicate directly with the signer as required by law.
