Additional fees & terms
Texas law notice: Texas caps the notary fee at $10 per notarized signature or acknowledgment (Tex. Gov’t Code §406.024). Travel, coordination and signing-agent service fees are separate and not subject to the state cap.
Mileage: $0.67 per mile beyond 25 miles from the service-area center. Printing: $0.15 per page for packages over 150 pages. Reinspection: the original base rate is reapplied if a second visit is required.
Wedding ceremonies: a $50 non-refundable booking deposit holds your date; cancellations within 72 hours forfeit the deposit. All officiant services are performed by an ordained minister per Texas Family Code §2.202, and a valid Texas marriage license is required.
Apostille: facilitation only — state filing fees are billed separately. Prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice. All services are subject to availability at the time of scheduling.
Rush orders: rush requests placed after 3:00 PM may incur both the rush fee and the applicable time-based surcharge. Loan signing packages include full document set review, signer identity verification and package return coordination.
Payment terms: invoiced work is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Accepted methods are card checkout on this site, ACH transfer, business check and Zelle (business account). Time-based surcharges are non-negotiable and apply equally across all service tiers.

A completed IRS Form W-9 is available on request for title companies, lenders, and corporate vendors, and 1099-NEC reporting is accepted.
