Every online notarization is completed with a Texas-compliant digital certificate and a tamper-evident electronic seal and signature, applied inside the secure notarization platform. Signing certificates and private keys are never stored on this website.

Acceptable signer identification

Texas law requires a valid, unexpired photo ID with a signature. Upload a clear photo of one of the following:

Texas or any U.S. state/territory driver's license or official ID card (unexpired)
U.S. passport (unexpired or issued within the past five years)
Foreign passport with a valid U.S. visa or immigration stamp (unexpired)
U.S. military ID card with photo and signature
Lawful permanent resident card / 'green card' (unexpired)
Other government-issued photo ID containing a signature, if the notary is satisfied it is valid
Two credible witnesses known to the signer who each present valid photo ID (when no single ID is available)
