Calls to and from (877) 257-8275 may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance, training, and record-keeping. Our business line is answered through a virtual phone service, so calls may be routed or forwarded to a mobile device. If you prefer not to be recorded, tell us at the start of the call or email contact@starlightsps.com instead.

SMS text messaging

• By giving us your phone number on a contact, quote, scheduling, or secure signing form, you consent to receive calls and SMS text messages from Starlight Property Solutions at that number.
• Messages are transactional — appointment confirmations, reminders, arrival updates, document requests, and payment or receipt notices.
• Message frequency varies based on your request. Message and data rates may apply.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase or of any service we provide.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You may also call (877) 257-8275 or email us to opt out.
• We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for marketing purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Email and forms

Email and web forms are not guaranteed to be secure or confidential. Do not send Social Security numbers, account numbers, or images of identification by email — use the secure notary portal instead. We respond to messages within one business day.
